While I am based in Texas, I return to Northern Michigan each summer to photograph weddings surroudned by the places I love most- Lake Michigan shorelines, vineyards, forests, old family properities, and long golden evenings.
Photography is my full-time career, but it is also incredibly personal to me. I only take on a couple weddings a month to ensure my clients get all of me. My work blends an editorial eye with a relaxed, documentary approach. I will give you direction when you need it, but I am always looking for the moments happening in between- the wind catching your veil, your parents watching from across the room, the blurry dancing, the quiet seconds no one else notices.

I am mom of three littles, and motherhood has made me especially aware of how quickly seasons of life pass. It's one of the reasons I am so drawn to photographs that feel nostalgic, emotional, and honest. I want your wedding images to feel like memories- not just something beautiful to look at now, but something that becomes more meaningful with time.
And while Northern Michigan has a huge peice of my heart, I love photographing weddings in Texas too- espically celebrations surrrounded by tall grass, open skies, warm earth tones, desert lanscapres, and that unmistakable Texas light.
Whether your wedding takes me to Traverse City, The Upper Peninsula, Wisconsin, somewhere in Texas, or somewhere compleelety new, I am always ready for the next place and the next story.
